A PREMIUM EVENT VENUE
You've discovered the Carrus House, the unique industrial chic event venue located in Chatsworth, CA. With a combination of wide open indoor and outdoor space, and small intimate rooms, you can celebrate your Wedding, Mitzvah, Anniversary, and Birthday, or stage a photo shoot, fund raiser, art auction, dance rehearsal, pop-up sale or book as a film location.
For events, we can seat up to 200 guests on our indoor main hall and adjoining outdoor patio - one exclusive event per date. Bring in your own professional vendors: caterers, DJs, bar staff, and activities. We deliver the venue with a full inventory of furnishings provided and set-up per your design: tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, theatre lighting, video, sound system, and more. Base price is $7000 plus tax and insurance for 10 hour venue access. Add-on rooms of your choice will cost a bit more. Sunday "patio only" parties for up to 90 guests are $4500 plus tax and insurance for an 8 hour event.

Safe, secure and private, our unique 6,200 sq ft facility is the ideal to place to stage sophisticated events of all kinds. In a combination of open interior, balcony and outdoor space, furnished private rooms with gaming and indoor sports equipment - stage a wedding, corporate event, party or anniversary, and personalize your event like an open canvas to paint outside the box and make the experience truly your own. Plentiful street parking on weekends makes it easy to host any number of guests.

Our main floor with 20 ft ceilings, party lighting, sound and projection capabilities is ready to be set up in any configuration to suit your event. Add a stage, cocktail tables, couches, or dining tables to serve up to 160 seated guests. Add more tables. Your event can spill out to the lighted yard with a stage for performances, presentations or nuptials.

PATIO YARD

3,100 sq ft gated and walled in outdoor space has a paved patio area set with stage and party lighting that can set up for dining al fresco with our caters or with the addition of food trucks. With our heat lamps to take off the evening chill, you can party under the stars, add a band or D.J. and dance the night away.
Steel roll-up door open a wide 12’ x 10’ access to the main floor from the yard. It also serves to secure the property after hours. The entire exterior is monitored by camera and alarm system 24/7.
